All participants must register. The registration fee covers admission to the scientific sessions, the welcome reception, lunch and coffee breaks and the poster session with beer & pretzels, wine & cheese, as well as the book of abstracts.

Registration and payment is handled by HR+C Medical (see below). All payments are in Euro (€) and made by credit card. Please don't forget to register accompanying persons for the Symposium Dinner!
You will be notified by email after your registration has been received. The registration is considered valid after the credit card payment has been processed.
Refunds (minus an administrative fee of 100.00 €) will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice (registered letter) is received by HR+C until August 1, 2009. The date of the postmark will serve as the basis for refunds. After August 1, 2009, no refunds will be granted. Please indicate the preferred method of reimbursement (credit card or bank transfer) on your written cancellation.
